If you or your residency program subscribes to Resodency Partner™ your maintenance and support are included. If you do need assistance, here are some guidelines to follow when using Residency Partner .NET™:

• If you are unable to load Residency Partner .NET™'s login page or other websites, this could be a result of bad internet connectivity. Loss of connectivity may result in your work not being saved properly.
• If you don't remember what URL to use to login to Residency Partner .NET™ your coordinator or RP Administrator should be able to instruct you.
• If you receive an error while using Residency Partner .NET™, we get notified immediately! This allows us to minimize troubleshooting time and fix problems quickly. Your feedback as to what you were doing at the time of the error is also helpful and appreciated. We may email you for more information, if needed.
• If it's late at night and you need help entering in Duty Hours or Creating a Schedule, you can always consult this Help file. While it is still a work in progress as we continue to develop Residency Partner .NET™, most current features will have Help topics associated with them within a few weeks of their release.
