Exams can be assigned to you that correspond with certain competency levels you are to acheive throughout your residency. If the Exam icon is visible on your Welcome screen, it is possible that exams will be assigned for you to complete.

Taking an Exam

To take an exam, simply click on Open from the outstanding exam grid. Once the exam is open, follow the instructions above the questions (if applicable) and take the exam.

When you have answered all of the exam questions, click Submit for Grading. You will be asked again to confirm that you are ready for your exam to be graded. Select OK if you are ready to submit or Cancel if you are not ready.

Once your exam has been submitted for grading, the exam will reopen with either a check mark next to correctly answered questions. Select Done when you have reviewed your answers.

In the exam grid, the Date Taken and the Score fields are updated with the date the exam was taken and what your score was.

Note: It is important to save your progress. Residency Partner™ will timeout after a period of inactivity, and you may have to re-enter answers that were not saved.
