Assign Permissions

In order for Coordinators and Attending-Admins to access their program for administrative purposes, certain Permissions need to be assigned to their User Access. To assign permissions to a user, their User Access must be established first.


Click on Assign Permissions, and you will see a screen with the program currently being viewed along with the Coordinator and Attending-Admin users who have permission to log into this program. You can uncheck the box at the bottom of the screen to show you all other coordinators and attending-admins who do not currently have permission to view this program.



You can use the Select column check box to assign permissions to the program currently being viewed. Click Save to maintain changes made to users who are given permission or lose permission.
