Not all Residency Partner™ users have the same responsibilities, and therefore have different levels of access and abilities within Residency Partner™. For the most part, this Help documentation is geared towards Coordinators, Administrators and GME users. However, this section, My Residency Partner™, pertains specifically to Residency Partner™ usage by Residents and Attendings.
Each user's responsibilities are defined by your program and institution as an Attending (non-Admin) or Resident.
Some of the headings in this portion of the Help file will have the same topics, and therefore the same methods and explanations as others, but tailored to the particular user.
Login Screen
Every user will use the login screen to access Residency Partner .NET™. You will be asked to enter in your User Name, Password and Institution (this is determined by the portion of your institution e-mail address in bold- resident@institution.org). You can also set the login to 'Remember me' by clicking the check box. Other useful information on the login screen are the version number, a link to our online chat support and a link to the Residency Partner™ website.

If you are having trouble logging in or cannot remember your User Name or Password, you can click on the link below the login box. On the following screen you will be asked to enter the e-mail address that you believe is on file with Residency Partner™ and your institution code. If your password is on file in Residency Partner™, it will be e-mailed back to you.
However, if you login using istitutionally managed usernames and passwords, you will need to contact someone from your program if you need assistance with either of those things.

If you aren't sure what e-mail address is on file or if you have any other questions, we suggest speaking to your coordinator.
