Typically, at the end of each academic year, Residents and Fellows in your program will need to advance to the next post-graduate year (PGY) or graduate and become alumni of your residency program.  You also may need to transfer a resident from your program to another program in your institution, if applicable.

Both of these cases would be handled through the Graduate/Advance Year portion of Residency Partner .NET™. Currently this is available by clicking on the Settings icon from your home page.
