Workstation Installation

Residency Partner™ must already be installed on your network's server.

You must have administrator access on the workstation to perform a Residency Partner™ installation on a workstation.

    1. Start Windows and close all open applications.
    2. Browse to the server where Residency Partner™ is installed. If you are unsure of where Residency Partner™ has been installed, contact your system administrator.
    3. In the Residency Partner™ folder on the server, double click RPClientSetup.msi. This is an installation program that will install the files necessary to access Residency Partner™ from the network server. Do not copy or move this setup file. It must be run from the Residency Partner™ installation folder.
    4. Follow the installation wizard.
    5. During the installation, Residency Partner™ will create a program group as well as an icon on your desktop.
    6. To start Residency Partner™, double-click the Start Residency Partner™ icon on your desktop.
    7. You will be prompted with a screen asking for your username and password. The initial default username is 'demo' and the password is 'rp'. If this does not work contact your network's system administrator for a valid login.
