The settings on the Users Tab effects user permissions. For more information about user permissions, see the Users section of the documentation.

Selecting Reset ALL Resident Passwords will give you option of clearing or changing resident's passwords. You will need to enter a password to use this function. Contact Gothic Software for the password.

Selecting Edit User Access Record will allow you to edit a users' access. You will need to enter a password to use this function. Contact Gothic Software for the password.

Under Active Directory Domain, selecting Assume Active Directory Enabled for New Users will automatically use Active Directory Authentication of user names and passwords. Enter the domain to use for the new users.

When the check box under Notify GME of Changes to Residents and Lists is selected, email notifications will be sent to the administrator when users request changes to Lists and when residents are added or deleted.
