When Ask for BACKUP on System Close is selected, you will be prompted to back up the database when you close Residency Partner™.

If your demo version of Residency Partner™ has expired, clicking Extend Demo Period will allow you to enter a code to extend the demo period. You must first contact Gothic Software to request the extension code.

When Notify Gothic Software with Diagnostic System Information and Error Messages is selected, Gothic software will be notified if errors occur. Leaving this option checked helps Gothic Software investigate and fix errors, if they should happen.

At the bottom of the System tab, the Program Name, Database Version, Client Version, System ID, Dataset Path, and Machine name are shown.
