General Tab
The General tab contains Program Information, such as the address, phone number, fax number, program I.D. and program director's name. The current academic year and a reply email address for the coordinator of the program can be entered on the General tab.
Rotations Tab
The Rotations tab is where your program's PGYs are created. The PGY numbers are editable. There are many rotation Block Types to choose from. A check mark in the Fellowship Year column indicates that the PGY is a fellowship year.
Selecting the row of a PGY will display the PGY's rotation blocks in the grid below the PGY's. The rotation block grid contains the columns Name, Start Date, and End Date. The Name column contains a field for entering the name of your rotation blocks. Keep in mind that the Name of a block is a label. For example, if you name a block 'January' and set the start date to January 1st and the end date to January 31st, then change the start date to April 1st and the end date to April 31st, the name of the rotation block will still be 'January'.
Schedule Options
When the Auto Assign Attending on Rotation check box is selected, attendings that were assigned to rotations in Rotation Listing will automatically be assigned to rotations.
When the Limit to Program's Attendings check box is selected, the list of attendings that you see when selecting attendings will be limited to the attendings you selected in Program's Attendings (Faculty).
RP.NET
The RP.NET tab contains options which determine which modules of RP.NET the residents can use. Selecting the check boxes next to Attendance, View Curriculum, Evaluations, Exams, Cases, and Duty Hours will enable those modules in RP.NET.

Reports
The headers of your reports can be entered in the Reports tab. This usually consists of your institution's name followed by your specific department.
Cases
The Cases tab contains options for case entry forms. The experience levels that procedure supervisors select from can be customized.
A check box at the bottom of the tab allows residents who have met their target procedures amounts to act as supervisors on procedures.
Selecting the Require Rotation in Case Entry will enable the requirement that the resident's rotation be entered in the case.
Residents/Alumni
The labels of the Board Certified Dates can be customized on the Residents/Alumni tab.
Evaluations
The Evaluations tab contains options for controlling evaluations.
Anonymity
When Anonymous Students/Fellows/Residents/Attendings is enabled, evaluations that residents complete about attendings will not show the resident's name or picture when the attending views the completed evaluation. When Anonymous Attendings is enabled, the resident will not see the attending's name or picture on a completed evaluation about that resident.
Email Notification to Evaluator
When Email Notification to Evaluator is selected, an email will be sent to the evaluator letting them know that they have new evaluations to complete.
Restrictions
When the Prevent Duplicate Evaluations check box is selected, it will prevent duplicate evaluations. This means that an attending will not be able to use an evaluation more than once per day to evaluate a resident.
Return Message on Printed Evaluation Form
Instructions regarding who to return the evaluation to (if printed) can be entered in the Return Message Line 1 and Return Message Line 2 fields.
Email Notification to Coordinator to Generate Evaluation Forms
Selecting the Enable check box will enable automated email reminders to coordinators to let them know when they should generate evaluations.
Attendance
The Attendance tab has an option to send automated reminders to the coordinator to print a sign in sheet for an attendance event, if selected within the attendance event.
