Residency Partner™ is a custom-designed software application that collects a comprehensive record of the education of residents. Residency Partner™ can be customized for an individual residency program, regardless of specialty, postgraduate years or size. Upon graduation, an electronic record of the entire training experience will have been collected and stored using Residency Partner™. You will be able to produce specific, detailed documentation for ACGME accreditation.

Residency Partner™ can be used to evaluate the diversity of resident case experience and procedural training at institutions.  Additionally, the software can be used to illustrate to prospective residents the level of training they can expect.

Residency Partner™ can automatically change the resident’s PGY and program status between years to ensure a smooth flow of data control from one coordinator or department to another. Residency Partner™ can also track vaccination and medical history data on residents customizable to the University’s needs.

Using Residency Partner™, you can create a historical database of your residency program. It allows electronic tracking in every aspect of a resident’s education. It also allows a more global systems approach by archiving data on all residents/students. This allows you to self-monitor the entire educational experience that is provided by your program.
