Reports in Residency Partner™ show up to the minute data in ready to print reports. Residency Partner's complete set of ad hoc reports allow for monitoring of how many procedures have been performed and the number still needed to be deemed competent; the completion percentage and summary comparison of evaluations; examination performance; core competency completion; and licensure and submission of required data.

When you run reports, you can customize them by selecting only the data you need. For example, if you only need to see information about one resident, you can filter the report as such to fit that criteria. Or if you need to produce a report that contains information about every resident at your institution, you can do that too. Because of the options for customization the same report can be meaningful to Administrators, Program Directors, Coordinators, Residents, Staff and Attendings.

Any Residency Partner™ report can be exported. If there isn't a report that contains the data or the formatting that you would like, you can always use the export function of Reports. The data can be exported to a spreadsheet or comma-delimited file then edited.  The report called Program's Resident Listing With Details Export contains most of the resident data fields and is useful for exporting.
