If Residency Partner™ is already installed when you receive a CD-ROM from Gothic Software this is how you would install the update and or the resident data.

To update Residency Partner™:

• Click Start, then click Run
• Type the location and name of the update file into the dialog box and click OK (ex. D:\RP_UPDATE.EXE).

To install your resident data:

• Click Start, then click Run.
• Type the location and name of the resident data file into the dialog box and click okay (ex. D:\RPDATA.EXE).
• This will remove the demo data and copy your data to your hard-drive. The password to UNLOCK your data during the installation is 'rp96'.
• The first time you run Residency Partner™, you will be prompted for a valid dataset. Using the file dialog, select \Residency Partner\Programs\ {your program name}\{your program name}.MDB. You will want to select the FILE in the folder.
• The default username is 'demo', and the password is 'rp'.
