Delete All Evals is used to delete all generated and completed evaluations. Your existing evaluation templates will not be deleted. You must enter a password to use Delete All Evals. Contact Gothic Software for the password.

Global Anonymity

Anonymity settings can be used to protect the identity of someone who is filling out an evaluation. This allows for a more objective evaluation process.

This setting specifies whether anonymity settings are either global or at the discretion of individual programs defined in the Program Options window. Most  residency programs have certain guidelines concerning anonymity on evaluation forms. There are two checkboxes on the screen, one is for Attending anonymity and the other is for Resident anonymity. The following rules apply to both checkboxes:

1. If the checkbox is empty, there is -globally- no anonymity.

2. If the checkbox has a black check, anonymity is turned on globally and will override any program settings established through program options.

3. If the checkbox has a gray check, it means that anonymity is decided by the individual programs through their Program Options menu.
