To convert a student to a resident, select a student in the Select a Student window, then click Convert Student.

When asked, "Make the student a RESIDENT?" type the word YES in capitals, then click OK.

The student will be added to the list of residents. To edit the new resident, select them in the Select a Resident window and click Open.
