To open the CPT Groups window, select CPT Groups from the Program menu.

The sort order of CPT groups and sub groups can be customized. The sort order is assigned to groups and sub groups by typing in the Sort Order column of the CPT Groups window. The sub groups of each group are displayed in the bottom grid when their groups are selected in the top grid.

CPT groups and sub groups can be deleted by selecting a row, then pressing the Delete key.
