User Access- Admin-Coordinator

An individual with Admin-Coordinator access has the ability to view data within their specific department. An admin-coordinator, like an administrator, has the ability to add coordinators and residents, but not administrators or admin-coordinators. When adding additional users as an admin-coordinator you can only add or edit users to your specific program dataset.

A coordinator who will manage more than one program is usually given Admin-Coordinator user access. Some of the tasks Admin-Coordinators perform in Residency Partner™ are adding residents, students, fellows and attendings, running reports, scheduling rotations or editing evaluations.
