About Memos

Using Residency Partner's Memo module, you can send messages to everyone at once, or you can send individual messages to residents or attendings. The Memo module of Residency Partner™ can be found on the Program menu. Residents and attendings see their memos when they log in to RP.NET.

The Memo window contains two tabs, Resident Memos and Attending Memos. The Resident Memos tab displays all of the memos that have been sent to residents. The Attending Memos tab displays all of the memos that have been sent to attendings. Memos that have been sent to individuals can also be found in their demographic information, on the Other tab.

Create a New Memo

  1. On the Resident Memos tab or the Attending Memos tab, click New Memo. The current date and time will be posted at the top of the new memo. You can also designate a subject for your Memo.

  2. As you type the text of your memo, you can edit its font, weight, size and color.
  3. If you would like to attach a document to your memo, click and browse to the location of the file. Select the file, then click Save to attach the file.
  4. Click Assign, select the residents or attendings you wish to send the memo to and then click Save.
  5. The next time the residents or attendings log in to RP.NET, they will the see the memo.
