Residency Partner™ makes use of an institution's existing communications backbone to relay important information to its users. Our automated e-mail services can notify the administrator of incomplete information in the Residency Partner™ dataset; notify coordinators when it is time to print attendance sign-in sheets or generate evaluations; notify attendings and residents when they have outstanding evaluations; and notify residents when their licensure is about to expire.
General Tab
Under Notification Settings you can set the time and frequency that Residency Partner™ checks to see if there are notifications to process.
The Email Notification Address is the email address that will receive notices if there are programs without a coordinator e-mail address, residents without e-mail addresses and changes to lists and new/deleted residents.
Under Residency Partner™ Mail Queue, enter the name of the server that will be used by Residency Partner™ to send notifications, and the frequency that it will check for notifications to send.

Expiration Dates & Licenses
Under Email Settings, when Enable is selected email notifications will be sent to residents to give them advance warning of expiration dates. The email notification will be sent before the expiration occurs. The number of days before the expiration that the email is sent is set in Days Notice. All expiration notifications will use the number of days in Days Notice. The Subject and Message of the email can be edited. The numbers in braces indicate fields that can be inserted into the email.
The items in the Required Dates to Check and Licenses to Check grids are set in Lists.
